I’m an Osteopathic Manual Therapist registered and licensed with The Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA). I completed a 4-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
With over 20 years working as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Consultant in the GTA, I have hands on experience with a wide range of populations from competitive/pro athletes to seniors with mobility concerns.
